Watch: The Otters That Love Sushi


A chef tricks a pair of fussy otters into eating their greens - by feeding them SUSHI. The two Asian short-clawed otters - 10-year-old sisters Mango and Apricot - caused concern among staff at the National SEA LIFE Centre in Birmingham after they began to turn their noses up at their fruit and veg. But keeper Rob Gaster drew upon his culinary skills as a former chef to trick the pernickety pair into getting their Five-A-day by hand-making them sushi rolls containing carrots and apples - before feeding them the tasty treats with chopsticks.

  2. Feeding Otters fruit and veg instead of fish,easy mistake to make it took me a while to discover my cats like cat food after i kept trying to feed them on bamboo :) xx
